Barcelona was chosen as the venue for the II Annual Meeting of the Spanish Association of Breast Surgeons (AECIMA), where the best specialists in breast surgery worldwide gathered. Dr Suzanne Klimberg (Arkansas Cancer Research Center, Little Rock) and Dr Mónica Morrow (Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York) were two of the most outstanding experts of the conference, which was chaired by Dr Isabel Rubio.
